Starting first year at university often feels exciting at first. New environment, new people, and a sense that you're ready to take on whatever comes next. Many of us arrive feeling confident, especially after doing well in high school.

Then first-year BPharm begins, and the reality can hit a little harder than expected. The workload is heavier, the pace is faster, and suddenly the marks don't look the way they used to. It can feel discouraging, confusing, and even isolating at times.
